Connector

The connector is the module required for SOClass-based applications to connect to the SO Marketplace and thus allow access to system dashboards and the installation of new modules or applications.

How to connect

Get in contact with support@strategyobject.com to install and configure your connector for the environment you wish to connect to the SO Marketplace, or to have access to the existing ones of your clients. Our team will get in contact with you shortly and once the connector is installed you will be able to use the Connector API.

What will the connector provide

The Connector API provides a variety of RESTful web services, namely:

  • Identity Provider: this provides end-user authentication with OAuth 2.0 and thanks to this feature the Customs system becomes an identity provider, allowing external systems to seamlessly integrate the country’s Customs user login;
  • Reference Data API: this API allows reference tables used by the Customs system to be accessible to authorized systems so that these can use the Customs system reference data as a single source of truth;
  • Payment API: thanks to this API the Customs system will be able to interconnect to external payment gateways.
